The charge is as follows:
Until 6:00 PM 50% of the daily charge.
From 19.00 in the afternoon 100% of the daily charge.
Prices are in euro, per studio or per villa and per night, and require a minimum stay of three (3) nights (this may change upon request).
All published prices include VAT. 13% and all legal taxes, except the Climate Crisis Resilience Fee which amounts from April to October to €2 and from November to March to €0.50 per night and is invoiced separately by law, and may change without notice.
The deposit must be made within two (2) business days from the publication of the hotel's bank account to the interested customer (by sending a relevant email from the hotel which includes all the necessary payment details), otherwise the reservation will be canceled without further notice and the room will be released.
A copy of the deposit receipt (deposit) must be sent to the hotel (via e-mail or sms) immediately and in any case no later than 2 days from the date of your reservation confirmation.
Upon your arrival, the full amount of your stay is paid.
The hotel management kindly requests that guests inform in writing of any changes or cancellations regarding their reservation as soon as possible.
All guests must be 18 years old or older to confirm rooms.
Valid ID or passport must be presented at the time of check in for age verification.
